Ein Kraftpaket, das die Lage im Griff hat und dabei eine beachtliche Leistung bringt; überzeugend auch die einfache Bedienung.
Die Bereitstellung der Euro-Palette in die Beladeposition und der Start des Palettierers erfolgt durch den Bediener. Auf dem Sammeltisch neben dem Zuführband wird eine Palettenlage automatisch zusammengestellt. Die vorgebildete Lage wird in einem Arbeitszyklus vom Sammeltisch auf die bereitgestellte Euro-Palette umgesetzt. Die nächste Lage wird bereits vorbereitet.
Die Anzahl der Lagen kann vorgewählt werden, so dass der Bediener während einer Palettenbeladung Zeit für vorbereitende Tätigkeiten hat.
Dabei muss er sich jedoch sputen, denn bei einer Leistung von
1 600 Stück 10-Liter-Kanistern pro Stunde
ca. 26 Stück 3-lagig beladenen Paletten
ist für Bummeln keine Zeit. Durch die Auswahl der Anzahl der Lagen kann eine teilbeladene Palette gebildet werden.
Da der Antrieb und die Steuerung pneumatisch arbeiten, ist der Einsatz auch in EX-gefährdeten Räumen möglich – ohne zusätzliche hohe Kosten.

The supply of Europe pallets into loading position and start of palletiser is done by the operator. A layer of pallets is arranged automatically at the collecting table besides the feeding belt. This layer is put onto the Europe pallet in one working cycle. The next layer is already prepared.
Quantity of layers can be pre-selected so that the operator can take time to preparing works during a pallet loading. He really has to step on it - the palletiser has a rate of

By selection of layer quantity also a partly-loaded pallet can be done. Due to pneumatic drive and control system the palletiser can also be used in hazardous rooms - without additional costs.
